At SELF-UK we want to make accessing mental health services easier. That’s why we are putting together an interactive map of services near you.
We know how difficult it can be to access the right help when you need it the most, whether you're struggling with your own mental health or supporting someone who is. Just know you are not alone and it's ok not to be okay.
We want to support every life forward by working on ourself to build our self esteem, self belief as well as taking time for self care.
Our work aims to support people who have been made to think they are not capable or have had their confidence shattered through life changing events. This could be for a variety of reasons including, bullying, PTSD, domestic violence, coercive control or bereavement.

Because we know the current wait times for mental health services.
If the service you're being referred to is led by a consultant it will be covered by the NHS's commitment to make sure you're seen within 18 weeks. (Updated May 2024)
