Waiting times for other services will be different depending on where you are in country.

How to access free NHS mental health services:
Firstly, speak to your GP. A GP can talk to you about your mental health and introduce you to the right mental health service.
If you would rather not speak to a GP then some service’s can be accessed through Self Referral’s. For example you can refer yourself to services for help with drug or alcohol problems, or to access talking therapies on the NHS).
Some employees may be able to refer you if your problem relates to stress at work.
Or if you are a child or young person your school or college might be able to help you with a referral.
